The arrest of ten Black African Americans in Quitman, Georgia just four days before Christmas by the GBI and David Millers Request for an investigation seems somewhat strange to outsiders.

----- However, regardless of what today’s Patriots and Christians claim in the media; the truth about t the Southern Judicial Circuit wherein Americans come expecting to receive justice under the law are often disappointed.
-----Moreover “HISTORY” is the best teacher and truth maintainer. Therefore we cannot depend on the words from the lips of today's "Patriots and Christians." Many of whom were converted following the election of President Barack Obama in 2008. Valdosta City Charter of 1860 that was relunctantly removed in 2004 from Valdosta City Hall that read in Para 100: Section XI,

Mistreatment of Blacks is not new for Blacks in “Brooks County Georgia” The following Blacks were murdered in May 1918 and nothing has been done in the Southern Jurisdiction to find the murderers. These arrests just may reveal the truth and resurrect what happened to the following Blacks in this home of The (NOW) Brooks County ten.”

SPECIAL NOTE: On May 5, 2005 WHEN fifteen local citizens were arrested by Valdosta City Officials and confined in the Lowndes County Jail for addressing their elected officials. That inmates informed us of six alleged other deaths not on this list. However, because we cannot verify them we have omitted their names but feel sure they are correct. (They believe they were sent home and to the hospital to later die instead of dying in the jail).

Nurse called the EMTs.
